Within 7 days from 28-02-2018 to 07-03-2018 top gainers were the stocks of the memory card manufacturers DRAM, NAND, flash-memory and SSD drive producer Micron Technology, as well as the social network Twitter. They were in demand amid the rebounding cautious growth of cryptocurrencies. Micron Technology products are used for mining. After Facebook limited the cryptocurrency advertising, it is gradually moving to Twitter. Among commodity futures, note the significant growth of cocoa and wheat quotes due to the worsening of weather conditions in the main regions of their production. Top losers of the week were the stocks of steel companies around the world after imposing prohibitive duties on imports of steel and aluminum to the US. On the world foreign exchange, note a marked euro strengthening thanks to the next agreement between German political parties to form a government.
